The woman we lovingly called "The Great Kozovaya" was taken from us by Covid-19 one year ago today. Our grief is still fresh. So is our gratitude, for all she was, all she did, all she taught us by her beautiful example of care for those in need.
God bless her. God bless her husband, her sons, her daughter, her grandchildren.
And God bless the many whose lives she touched and changed through the work of our "Response of the Heart" team. Let us carry on in her memory.
