Here's an update on the serious need for medical equipment for the children at the Novolukomol hospital in Belarus.
14 friends have responded, for which I am grateful. But we are still far short of the $2,191.47 needed. Please help, with an online gift right away.
If you or I have to take a child to the hospital, it’s hard.
Yet we will never hear a doctor say, “I’m sorry, your child has a heart problem, but we don’t have the equipment to help.”
We will never hear a doctor say, “I’m sorry, your child’s muscular condition is treatable, but we don’t have the equipment.”
We’ll never hear a doctor say, “I’m sorry, it’s a neurological issue. There’s treatment for this, but we don’t have the equipment.”
I don’t want this for the parents of Novolukomol, either.
I don’t want a child to suffer simply because they were born in Belarus.
I’m going to be there, at the hospital, in a couple weeks, and I really hope I can say to those doctors, YES, you can get the equipment.
Could you please give any gift, large or small, right now?
Thank you in advance. I am grateful.
And I know the parents of Novolukomol will be grateful too.
Much love,
Doug Brendel
