Just a note of gratitude.
It was exactly 10 years ago this week that new playground equipment was installed at the Zhodino children’s shelter in Belarus.
Friends of New Thing provided the funding; a shelter worker provided the photos; children provided the smiles.
I’m grateful for all our friends who gave to that project because, as a dear friend of mine put it, “every child deserves a childhood.”
Even an abused or abandoned child. Especially an abused or abandoned child.
And God bless everyone who has given to all our projects down through the years, to help children and adults in Belarus.
