Why all the smiles?

They’re smiling because of a friend like you.
They’re children with disabilities at the boarding school in Osipovichi (pronounced oh-see-POE-vee-chee), Belarus.
They’re happy and healthy, but they need our help to stay that way.
Their loving professional caregivers need things like:
B6 and B12 and multi-vitamins
Gauze and cotton balls
Medical gloves
Hydrogen peroxide
Amoxycillin
And more than 50 other medicines.
Basic medicine-cabinet meds and supplies.

New Thing is their only source for this stuff.
We have the joy of keeping these kids healthy.
Every year at Thanksgiving time, we provide funding for the next year’s worth of meds.
This year, any donation you make will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, if we can raise $3250 by Thanksgiving Day.
We’ve just crossed the halfway point, thanks to 16 generous friends. (Thank you!)
Only $1,613.51 to go.

If just 16 friends could give $100.84 each, we’d be there.
Or maybe you could be 1 of 20 giving $80.68.
Or 1 of 30 to give $53.78.
Any gift, large or small, will go twice as far to help the children at Osipovichi — if we can make the deadline.

Thanks for sharing your Thanksgiving with these kids however you can.
Much love,
Doug Brendel
