Love is boring

Sometimes, it’s not about “attractive,” or “fascinating.”

Sometimes, love isn’t fun, or entertaining, or even very interesting.

Sometimes, it’s just a bag full of used clothes.

Or a donated washing machine.

A box of diapers. A jar of a child’s favorite jelly.

Love just keeps serving. Working, giving.

Looking for the hurt, and doing its best to be there, to help, to heal.

That’s our “Response of the Heart” team, serving children and adults all over Belarus.

God bless all who make their work possible.

Even when it’s boring.
