Follow-up on the new orphan

Greetings!

I’m so grateful to report that Ilya’s need has been met, thanks to 11 friends of New Thing responding generously.

Newly arrived at the Children’s Village orphans in Belarus (after his mother’s death and his eviction from her employee housing), Ilya — a budding musician as well as a chef — will head to college this fall with a Life Starter Kit.

I expect our faithful photographer Oleg to be at the Children’s Village for the graduation party — I’ll send pix!

God bless all who give so faithfully to help our “Response of the Heart” team meet all kinds of needs for people of all ages all across Belarus.
